Recently we have bought 4 CCR1036-8G-2S+ from mikrotik.
Since yesterday we have an issue with BGP and contacted their support. but there has been no reply from them for almost 24 hours now.
How long does it take for mikrotik support to answer an email ? does anyone has any experience ?
If these guys want to be successful, they should understand after sales support is so important.

It’s only take few hours for me they answer, I’m on GMT +3.5. When I email them on 9:00 AM they answer me in 1 hour

Lucky you. Seems your problem was easy for them.
January 6 is holiday, isn’t it? Also, the previous days were mostly holidays, so they might have some accumulated emails. Usually they answer within 24 hours.
I think they select what they will reply. For example I am still waiting for any reply to this ticket:

Three weeks? Badly working ethernets in RB133 running 6.24 even if it was perfect in 5.26 is not important topic, maybe… But I do not push on them, surely there are more critical things.
RB133 is not supported on ROS 6.xx.
Also this board is EOL since years.

It is supported. Only 133c is not.
I was about to ask about the 133c when I saw your post . Those routers are loooong time ago
, I am positively surprised you still have them at hand.
Maybe it is Mikrotik way by not answering you, telling that it is time to ditch those routers
