how many watts does rb450 put out?

hey guys
can anybody tell me how many max watts does rb450 put out? because I am trying to figure out my solar power setup and I need to know this answer.

Well after looking at the pdf I am confused because it said ~3 w w/o extension cards but max is 12w. So the max power is 12 w correct?
