How much bad blocks is too much bad blocks?

I’m about to buy a used Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD to learn and play around with, and the seller said it has 1.2% bad blocks, is that a lot? Should i continue with the purchase or do i find a different one with less bad blocks?
This one is the cheapest one i found, its $40.5 (converted from Rp 600000)

$40 is half the suggested retail price.

As far as bad block, dont know, might be the beginning of the end or it can still last a while, that you will have to decide if the price tag is good enough for the gamble
