I am setting up graphing on my ROS devices; what kind of disk usage I can count on? Can I just set everything up leave it be?

It will not use any disk if you do not check “Save to disk” .
I don’t see any significant memory/disk usage for graphing, thus I think it is neglectable.
But will depend how many interfaces etc you graph and over how long.
You can also download all the graphing data from the routers web page and store it somewhere else. There are scripts
for that on the Wiki / forum.
I am logging everything, but from I understand the logs are essentially truncated after a day/week/month, up to a year. That means that entire database might be measured in few hundred kilobytes (that is at least my estimate). The OS is not open source, so I can’t check, thus I ask.
Look at my Splunk logging project. There you can many tips in how/what to log.
