Is it possible to access the system files on routeros? The “file” function don’t show them.
It’s not meant to be possible from withing RouterOS itself, unless you “hack” you router in some way.
What do you need this for?
Thank you. I think if I can access those files, then I can change some settings not available without it.
There are no unavailable settings ![]()
Most people say that RouterOS has too many settings. What are you looking for, maybe it is available somewhere already ![]()
There’s nothing interesting there anymore. Older RouterOS versions had more normal Linux-like structure. I added a simple webserver once, I think it was RouterOS 3.x, and it wasn’t too hard. But current ones are different, you’d need to be advanced hacker to change something. Disclaimer: I’m just naturally curious. ![]()
