How to access one ip to another ip in same ip group

On ether4- 124.25.30.1/29

  • 101.102.103.1/24
    Situation 1-
    When 101.102.103.2 access from 124.25.30.2
    Sucessful accessed
    But In situation 2
    101.102.103.2 access from 101.102.103.100
    Access failed :sob:
    Please help me
