how to access private class ip

if my configuration

ip address add address=192.168.1.2 netmask=255.255.255.192 interface=public

how i can connect winbox to 192.168.1.2 because winbox didnt recognized private class ip

Winbox accepts private IPs.

Do you know that private IPs are not routed over the internet? It menas that if you want to reach your routers 192.168.1.2 address from any other public location, then it is not possible.

its not possible through mac address ???

MAC addresses are only used within the same broadcast domain.
