Dear jarda,
SXT Lite5 gateway IP is my Metal 5SHPn IP to access it or something else. need to ask ISP person to provide access.
Hard to understand. Try to clarify with your ISP.
Sir
i tried to contact my isp but they said its not possible for me to access my Metal 5SHpn from my home.
please guide me if there is any way to access my mikrotik device from home…
Then you have the answer. If they set it in the way they blocked the access from your side, then it is so. Only negotiations with them can move you forward.
Anyway why you gave them metal if it should be obviously ptp connection? Two sxts in bridge would be much better. Building new connection with one side single chain and other side dual chain doesn’t make sense for me. Do they use your ap for other clients?
@ Jarda Sorry for late reply,
this what i want to know, using my AP for other clients. right now im getting too high pings pings request time out from my gateway.
It’s more relationship problem than technical. If you have any kind of quality issues, you need to force your isp to solve it for you when they do not provide you what you are paying for. Technically you are out of the game if they refused to provide an access for you.
One more thing im getting request time out from gateway often pings inconsistent 5ms to 80ms to 20ms. nothing downloading.
In online game i face too much lags and frame drop.

Use traceroute and continually ping all hops to see where the lag is added.
getting request time out and inconsistent pings on my gateway
If i want to give access to someone of my mikrotik Radio, what settings do i need in my mikrotik radio to access via browser (webfig login)
Do you mean administrative access? First of all you need to be able to reach the device by tcp protocol. Then you must not block port 80 in inbound chain. Www service has to listen on port 80. And have appropriate user /password.
i used this command in terminal even you can check my mikrotik router configuration.
add action=accept chain=input disabled=no dst-port=80 protocol=tcp place-before=3
add action=accept chain=input disabled=no dst-port=8291 protocol=tcp place-before=3
So. Have you succeeded? Please do not use colors. Someone who uses black background cannot read it…
yes success now i can access my Mikrotik remotely via webfig. Now you can also check my config if i did something wrong,
As per my isp he says for point to point connectivity consistent pings i need to replace my SXT Lite5.
Ok from now i avoid color text.
What’s the distance between them? what kind of antenna are you using on the Metal 5SHPn? Are there more stations connected to the 5SHPn?
I can check it. Provide the address and user information via private message. You can also add an email to be able to send you my findings.
How your ptp link looks now and what you need to achieve?
