I have this issue with my new (and basic) mikrotik. It worked fine at home, I just need connected it to my router of my home and i could browse throguh mikrotik to internet. Actually, by now I am learnig how to use RouterOS, and I´ve learned a lot sinse I start to use it (almost 1 week ago). In my free time at work, i tryed to access to internet with my mikrotik, but I cannot do it, I always reset this device to avoid some problems, but this time i don´t know what or where is the problem. My mikrotik model is RB931-2nD and it has the last upgrades. Then, when mikrotik router configuration was erased i wanted to access again, but winbox showed me this, two diferents MAC address from the same device, why???..Please, I need your help.
If you see two MACs on your Winbox is because you have connected 2 ethernet of your Mikrotik box in the same switch.
The “Quick Set” Option" will do the basics to get Mikrotik working with a basic configuration.

Hi gamba47, when it happened i didn´t have nothing connected to LAN, just WAN access… Another thing, I coundn´t access to internet before reset Mikrotik because in system>reset configuration i checked some options, but i tryed again no checking anything and I could start to configure again my mikro.
