we all know there is a somthing in mikrotik system called ip cloude which is depended on ddns server .this ddns server is not working well to get your device succefully .
is there another way to access your routerboard from any where in the world?
what are the settings i have to do with my routerboard to access it from any where?
anyone have an idea about this subject ? please..

The best way is public IP + any kind of VPN server running on your RB.

what are the next steps , what are the settings in mikrotik system to using this puplic ip address for remotely accessing my routerboard?

No, I mean running VPN server on your mikrotik and connect to it from your PC/Mobile from anywhere:

Just keep in mind that having a public IP means you need to pay more attention to security, i.e.:
- properly configured firewall
- access to services on the router not exposed to the outside
- and the ones that you don’t use - disabled
- strong passwords
- regularly updated software

1- vpn server with puplic ip = 2.2.2.2/24
2- ip pool of vpn server
3- vpn profile of secrets
4- the secrets
there is no explanation about how to put the puplic ip (2.2.2.2) in the settings of mikrotik routerboard such as ip firewall / nat / etc.??!!
so lets say / what are the settings of mikrotik routerboard that the puplic ip put in to ??
There’s no real difference.
You’ll just get a public ip instead of some private one on your WAN interface.
When you purchase public ip from you provider, I’m sure they will explain the method, how they deliver it - do you need to assign it manually, or you will just get it by DHCP client of from PPPoE - depends on the type of your service.
Maybe L2TP/IPSEC?
