How to add IP automatically to Address List?

Hello Friends, How can I make my Mikrotik locate an IP in the simple queues and add it to a Address List according to the bandwidth that has been configured in the simple queue?

There is many ways to achieve this, to determine the best, please let me know how the router is learning about the IP address that you wish to add to the address list. Is the router handing it out to the device as a DHCP lease?

Yes, currently the clients receive the IP addresses by a DHCP server from the Mikrotik
