How to backup Mikrotik router board 1000?

I want to tack a full backup of my RB1000 firmware. is it possible? I know how to backup config, I want to backup the OS like backing up windows with acronis.

I want to upgrade mikrotik and I have lots of configurations on it, I want to have a full backup if something goes wrong.

please guide me thanks

Make another partition as copy. Set it as backup and it will boot when anything goes wrong with first partition.
