I recently install on my network mikrotik routeros and i use it as gateway.
I use it to schedule access to website like facebook.com, youtube.com and others and it works fine.
to do this, i use ip->firewall->filter and layer 7 tab by using regular expression
but i saw some users can access all site by using frozenway utility.
please how can i do to bloc this utility on my network ? is it possible to use mikrotik to bloc a pc by her mac address ?

This is why FrozenWay and other thing exist, because someone block Internet on this way.
Are clients? Leave it to do what they want with purchased bandwidth.
Are employees? If they use the company computer, communicates to them that it is prohibited to install unauthorized software of any type or they will be fired.
Are private computer, smartphone, etc.? Do not provide to them the access to Internet on any way… or turn off wifi on unscheduled “facetime”…

YEs, on firewall / filters add one forward rule to drop all traffic from mac address xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
