I am looking to block all BitTorrent traffic on my MikroTik router. How can I do that?
I am bringing this topic up again because I know that torrent applications have evolved significantly over time.

search forum for "How to block Youtube?", "How to block Spotify?", "How to block Facebook?" and so on.
There is almost no way to do it with Mikrotik as it needs deep inspection of data stream inside encrypted stream. Even DNS queries nowadays are hidden so it;s REALLY hard to catch the opening connection and whole stream. Mikrotik has no such tools built in.
Block all traffic, this will include torrent.

As I explained, there is no specific built-in feature in the router to block Facebook, YouTube, BitTorrent, and similar services. Given this, why not request MikroTik to develop a dedicated solution for this purpose?
I have tried combinations of Layer 7, Address Lists, and other methods, but they have not been fully effective.
Why not ask MikroTik to develop and include this functionality as a built-in feature? (I just added this question)

As it is not worth IMHO the effort. There are other solutions for that task available.
Let MT focus on the routing.
As you mentioned that there are already other solutions available to accomplish this task, could you please share one that actually works?
