how to block ip from all countries except one or two

Hello friends!

Maybe somebody knows how to block all ip traffic except
ten ip addresses in two countries using only ROS.

I want to block all countries except US,EU,UK and ten-twelve ip addresses from RU.

Is it possible ?

Create an address list with the countries ip block and then create firewall filter rules to drop every forward and input that is (!) not in that address list.
