How to block port 80 website when smeone logs in externally?

Hi,

I have 2.9rc6 and there is the administration website that no exists. I want to block that for external views, so bob down the road cant see the website running on port 80. ow do I do this without disabling winbox etc?

or how do I change the main webpage?

is ther a way to change that default html page?
