How to block some ports for users

Hello
how can i block some ports like 5060 for some users using voip or prevent users to use browsing on 80 , i do have wired hotspot . and some users only allowed to use 1080 for messenger in the company.

Use the address-list parameter of the Hotspot User Profile to assign the user groups to specific address lists. Then use those address lists as criteria in firewall filter statements to block the traffic you want to block.
