How to block specific udp port for mirroring?

I want to mirror all traffic (except udp port 999) from one interface to another on my rb1100. Is it possible?

You can make port mirroring on switch ports of RB1100,

I thought rule section aren’t ordered. Because list of rules doesn’t have drag-and-drop feature. I have made 1 rule to not mirror udp 999, and another 1 rule to mirror all other traffic.
