How to block two sub network?

i need to block the following ip’s range.

I have the ether3: 192.168.0.0/24
i configured two subnets: 192.168.0.64/26 and 192.168.0.128/26 ( over ether3 ) as address list in IP-Address List to make firewall rule to prohibit access between these subnets.

Please, help me with the rule or other idea?

short: in set dst-address and src-address corresponding subnets and create other rule with swapped fields
