Hi.
I am using RB600 OS v3 in both sides.
When I try to do the bridge between wlan1 and wlan2, communication is lost
But without it packages do not pass between bridges
main AP
wlan1(ap-bridge)<-----2km----wlan1(station) wlan2(Ap-bridge)<----other clients
What to me to do?

so i am so sorry, as far as i used on v2.9.xx easy way to make connect them with:
1. gateway --- mode[ap-bridge] >>>>> mode[station-wds] ---- mode[ap-bridge] >>>> client[s] or
2. gateway --- mode[ap-bridge] >>>>> mode[ap-bridge] ---- bridged_interface---mode[ap-bridge] >>>> client[s]
ofcourse #2 is wds-bridge needed, and will help you to build roaming networks, or simple mean AP2AP over WDS.
here i used AP2AP with v2.9.49 until 4 hops ... nice 
i think v3 isn't difference than v2.9.xx, and i used it since v2.9.10
