I created a script and I want to sell my scripts! but, Mikrotik scripts is readable for all and everyone can copy the scripts …
Is there any way to encrypt Mikrotik scripts or creating a personal packages for Mikrotik ?!

It doesn’t work like that. If you mean it seriously, you should study the environment where you want to make your business. But you did not. If you have such great script, publish it here as we others do the same for free.

Yes, that is correct .but, my scripts is personalized and only works with my electronic board(with serial port).
I sell the electronic board along with my Mikrotik scripts(I 've designed the electronic board)…
So it is easy for you. You can just make a bundle and sell the bundle. None can use your scripts without the hardware, so no worry of copying the scripts…

I’ve made an electronic board for the control of physical quantities (such as temperature, humidity, etc.) for the server room. the electronic board is connected via serial port to the PC.
All processing is done on the computer and the computer reads data from the electronic board and if needed, the computer sends a text message to the network administrator …
Now, I’ve written scripts on RouterOS that do not need to use the PC for managing the electronic board.
The customers can buy the electronic circuit with one of the codes (for Linux, Windows or RouterOS). customers to use the code for other platforms should buy it…
To solve this problem I can raise the price of the electronic circuit, then, I offer the codes for all platform for free.
However, there is another problem! Mikrotik script is not understandable for beginner person and it is hard to use …
it can be a good feature for RouterOS if anyone can create a personal package for mikrotik !

Unfortunatelly you cannot make individual package for router os. There were several similar requests like yours and those who got the answer from mikrotik stuff, got negative answers. Generally. They are not willing to.
Scripts are normally shown to user, there is no option to hide a script or encrypt it. Also note that ros scripting language is changing time to time, sometimes without any notice and you never know what will happen in next version of ros.
I guess you will not succeed with this. But maybe you can produce such device with ethernet port and snmp protocol. Then you will not need any computer to controll it.
