How to bypass local address 10.250.5.x on WAN port

On my Mikrotik Router
LAN1 ip address is 192.168.0.1
LAN2 ip address is 192.168.10.1
WAN ip address is 193.226.x.x/26 static

acess to the router from LAN1/2 is based on ARP List/MAC/Static IP
on the WAN port i have a switch with an VOIP Server with the address 10.250.5.x from my ISP+Voip provider

1.How to bypass the router and access the local address 10.250.5.x on the WAN Port?
2.How to access LAN2 from LAN1? (right now i’m using a Brigde between LAN1 and LAN2 but i need to change this by adding a route)

Problem solved.
Automatic static routes are enough. It was the stupid Windows 7 firewall…
