How to calculate cache size

Dear sir’s

I have MK 3.23 on an HP pc with 1 GB memory and 160 GB Hard drive.

I need to calculate the Max. suitable cache size for memory and hard disk.

Please give the size in KiB as on web-proxy setting page.
