how to change a hotspot login page

i have try to change my login page but it was not successfull, pls can someone give me the step to follow
i will be very gratefull.thanks. the one here are very nice

download the \hotspot folder from your router and than start editing with a web editing program that you like. After that upload the folder again… thats all
