How to change between static and dynamic ip settings in RB450 board

I am using RB450 and RB411 for our project. I am using 6.29.1 router OS. The RB450 board has 5 ports in it. I need to change ip address type in to dynamic programmatically using API clients and / or through winbox in one of the ports.Please help us which command has to be used change ip address type in to dynamic / static vice versa.
