I have two mikrotik boxes at the same network segment with PPPoE servers on them working. When there was only one PPPoE box, every user was able to connect without specifying the PPPoE server he wants to connect.
After I added the second one the problem started. This second PPPoE server somehow becomed the default one, and everybody who wants to connect to the first PPPoE server have to manually add the service name.
I would like (if it is possible) to change this, so the default server should be the first, and those who wants to connect to the second PPPoE server to force to enter the service name manually.

Do you have a service name on both rotuers? If so try removing the service name on the first router or add another PPPoE service on the first with no serivce name.
yes, I do have servicenames on both routers.
Just added a new pppoe server with no service name on the first router. Will test this setting! Thank you VERY MUCH for your answer!
Problem SOLVED!
It looks like now everybody is getting the “nonamed” pppoe server as default.
