Folks,
I’m trying to install RouterOS to a PC which has several partions on its HDD. One of those is an empty one that I’d like to use for RouterOS.
The problem is, when I boot from the RouterOS CD, there is never a question as to which disk/partition would I want installation to go to. I’ve ventured as far as “All data will be erased. Do you want to proceed?”, but still no choice of install destinations.
Would someone please enlighten me if it’s at all possible to chose an install partition? If yes, how? If no, does the entire HDD simply get wiped and formatted to a single RouterOS partition?
