There is local net based on 2011. Try to cinnect to 2011 using android app from Googleplay - unable, not from local (using 192…,) not from outside (using provider’s IP assigned to Mikrotik).
In Services disable all excluding Winbox, trying to enable app / app ssl - not helps.
How can I connect?

Problem solved by adding new rule in firewall - add chain=input action=accept protocol=tcp in-interface=ether1-WAN dst-port= **** log=yes log-prefix=“winbox”

I’m glad you solved your issue but did you realize you created a new one?
It’s not a good idea to open WinBox on your WAN port. It’s a major security risk.
You’d need better off doing at least port knocking first or, better yet, VPN to your router before managing it.

I don’t recommend using the app from the WAN side, for many reasons (mainly security) other than its just in beta.
However if you can open a VPN to home and then use the APP as though you were on the LAN, that may be a different story)

I have a OpenVPN server on my router and the OpenVPN app. So I can connect to my router from the outside and then use the TikApp to control my router securely.
