Hi,
any one knows how to connect Mikrotik 450G using serial cable I am trying to connect but no luck I am using this setting ( bit per second 115200,data bit 8 prity None,stop bit 1, flow control None… it shows connected but nothing more information…
is there any other settings I have to do in this…

Make sure you are using a null modem serial cable, NOT a straight through serial cable.
When you reboot the 450, it should immediately start showing stuff through serial while booting. If it shows garbage, then change bps on computer. For it to work after router is finished booting, serial console needs to be enabled inside routeros. The bps here may or may not be different than the bps while booting. (one is set in bios, one is set in routeros).
Also, push ENTER on the keyboard to bring up the login prompt if it is blank.
