how to control bandwidth on mikrotik router

hi all
i have RB450G MikroTik router board.and i have install and configure router board os v-3.28.
now i want to change setting of bandwidth…and also want to see that effect of change…
i am completly new in networking & router board …
so plz send testing & setting bandwidth in Mikrotik router .
