How do i create ssl certificate in windows?
I dont know to use Linux, so is it possible to create the certificate in Windows?
Can i create the certificate using OPENVPN program, because openvpn can be used on windows, or do i need to use openssl program?
If its not possible to create in windows, can somebody explain me in details how to do it on Linux?

Have not tried it myself, but you could try installing OpenSSL on Windows and create self signed certificate with it. Read this: http://blog.taragana.com/index.php/archive/openssl-how-to-create-self-signed-certificate/ (how to generate certificate) and this: http://www.openssl.org/related/binaries.html (how to install OpenSSL on windows).
If you are unsuccessful, try googling “how to create self signed certificate in windows”.

I have managed to create the certificate in linux finaly.

But now when i try to connect to usermanager over ssl conection, firefox first always aks me that this is not a secure certificate.

Can i use paypall without this secure connection? can also users login tho user page in User manager without ssl? Because i dont like firefox asking them that this is not a verified certificat, many people will get scared after this warning and will not continue.

its to explensive for me, i dont earn a lot on the hotspot, and also the hotspot runs only 2 months during the season in summer.
So buying a certificate, would not pay off.

You can buy SSL certificates for under US$20 a year.

If you’re dealing with payment information, you owe it to your customers to use an SSL solution - be it an unsigned cert or not.

where can i buy a trusted certificate for 20 US?
i was looking and what i found costs 320 EURO per year, but i need to use it only for 2 months during the season.
Please help me with a suggestion for a cheap trusted ssl.

They suck as a company, but godaddy.com has very cheap certificates. Their standard price is $29.99/year but they usually run sales. Either find promo codes online or wait for such a sale to go under $20.
