How to Create System User with Limited option of Router ?

Dear All,

I want to give my router access to my sub operator who can only see his customer loged in from port no 4 . as I given my router port 4 to other operator.
Also I want to hide some options from my router from that user .

So how to created this user in router is?
currently only read, write, and full options are available.

I want do same things, specifically i just want to give them access so that they can only see PPPoe connected users want to hide my wan interface and VLANS so how to do this waiting for answer
