How to create vpn with dynamic ip

I want to setup vpn server in my remote site. In remote site I have a plan to configure mikrotik router which will connected via usb modem. So would you please tell me which have a feature of usb and cheapest mikrotik I have to buy? Here, I am also connected via dynamic IP. So both ends, IP aren’t fixed and I want to connect these via VPN. So would you please tell me how to do this?

At the minimum , You can use Mikrotik RB750 series, and then configure Dynamic DNS script and connect via name.

But Mikrotik RB750 doesn’t have USB feature. So how can I connect USB via mikrotik as wan connection?

thanks for posting this configuration. my concern is the port forwarding and the gre so i can connect away from home(2011UiAS-2HnD-in). i’m new on this routeros which i already plugged my new router and i dont want to have downtime for messing up the configurations. thank you once again.
