How to decode sms ? (Russian lang)

Good day.

My cellular op sends to me (on my 3g dongle in 751u) messages on russian language.

Any decoders can not decode it!

This is one of messages:

Message 0 was sent from sms online portal by latin alphabet only
Message 2 was sent from sms online portal by russian (cyrylic) language (it’s only word “test” in russain, “тест”)
Message 10 was sent for me by operator by russian lang.

How i can decode this string? :

ps: rb with simcard is far away from me and i can not insert that sim into cellular.

And no matter how sad it may sound, Mikrotik never learned how to display Russian SMS correctly :frowning: almost 10 years have passed … I still have problems with displaying Russian SMS on my LTAP mini with Routeos 6.47.1
Mikrotik - please make your users happy, add such a function, we have been waiting for 10 years!

RouterOS only supports ASCII characters, A-Z and 0-9. There is no other encoding support in RouterOS.

Is there no hope of seeing this in the seventh version of RouterOS?

P.S. In general, not supporting UTF8 in 2020 is very strange! Especially for a commercial product. You don’t think the whole world only speaks English, do you? It smells like discrimination! :frowning:
