You can block them in firewall to protect your router, but to protect your network you need to use manageable layer 2 switch.

sure the user has a router and plugged in the wrong way (put the wan in lan interfaces). you should start planning as a method of designing the topology of your network where such problems do not affect youu.! :slight_smile:
