How to define static interface name?

My mikrotiks are connected together with VPNs and lots of rules depend on their interface name (it shows up as ). What happens sometimes, is that mikrotik creates the new interface and all rules that depend on the old name are useless, including RIP settings which is quite disaster… I set RIP to send requests only for VPN interfaces.

How can I define some static name for VPN?

You can create static server binding. But even this it could happen time to time that dynamic interface is created despite this.
