how to disable dynamic IP in hotspot?

I want to disable dynamic ip assignation to computer with static IP in hotspot, how can i do ?

Set the address pool of the Hotspot instance as well as all user profiles used by it to ‘none’.

I want that one user with a static ip can not use the hotspot, with “none” the hotsopt convert the static ip in one of the dhcp pool.
