How to discover devices through mutliple routers? (newbie)

I am very new to configuring routers and networking.

How do I use Dude to discover all devices down through two RouterBoard 750g routers?

The setup: BH ==> Router_1 ==> Canopy AP ==> Canopy SM ==> Router_2 ==> Ubiquiti AP (PS2, Nano)

Router_1 … 208.86.46.xx
Canopy AP … 10.170.1.xx
Canopy SM … 10.160.1.xx
Router_2 … 192.168.1.xx
Ubiquity AP .. 192.168.??.??

install the dude package on those Mikrotik routers and they will act as dude agents http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:The_Dude/Agents

Can Dude agents be installed on other brands of routers?
