The provider provides access to the Internet from 08:00 to 22:00 after the world disappears and only the provider’s internal network (Tas-IX) operates. It is necessary that the two Mikrotiks (on which there is the World) be combined through a PPTP VPN and from 22:00 to 08:00 to provide access to the Internet to the outside world. How to implement this?

can you ping 8.8.8.8 when internet is “down”? because if you cant vpn wont help you.

clarification: there is only an internal network of Tas-IX (a network of providers within Uzbekistan, you can “walk” between them). I would like to enter through the PPTP tunnel to the 2nd Microtics (where there is an external Internet World) with the 1st Microtome and get off to the exterior.
