How to do a Failover with a PPPOE and an interface

Hi,

I would like to find out how to do failover between a PPPOE and an interface on a RB750.

PPPOE that dailing from ETHER1 is the fibre
Interface get internet from a LTE Router is ETHER2

Is there routes that i have do or what?
