Would you please help my to do the following scenario:
- My ISP supplies internet by give us many pppoe accounts.
- I want to pass this pppoe accounts to my network through MikroTik Router, in addition to this, I want to supply my network with my DHCP and apply my hotspot.

You can set your router as pppoe-client, and then route your network through router and enable dhcp server on it.
You can not “route” pppoe, but you can bridge it to your network. But, you can not give your PCs pppoe + your own dhcp. They will get ip from pppoe server if you bridge pppoe to them. If you want your PCs to use your dhcp, then your router will have to be the pppoe client.
