i have installed routerOS 3.10.
Now I want to downgrade to 3.1.
How could I do?

and WHY do you have to do that? you will have plenty of problems using an old version.
I can’t speak for levis but I’ve just spend four hours downgrading a 112 from 3.10 to 2.9.51 because however many problems that version causes it does at least give me a working router again.

I have installed/downgraded to RouterOS 3.1 but the VPN concentrator still doesn’t work!
I have regular expressions to mangle the packets and queue trees with this RoutertOS version on 2 VPN concentrator,
One is ok and the second one not!
Why?
Configuration issue?
I took the configuration from the first and downloaded it to the 2nd one.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

That’s why I said that downgrading won’t help you. Upgrade back to 3.10 and contact support for help regarding this issue.

I am having some issues with my current version of user-manager5.13. The uptime limit does not work when i create 1hour ticket for any user. hence, i want to downgrade my routerOS from 5.13 to 4.17 so that i can have the features of usermanager like that of version 3.
How do i resolve and downgrade to version 4.17.

actually i tried downgrading but lost the routerboard 1200, but was able to recover it after using netisntall 5.13. yet I want to downgrade it, maybe later when this issue is reported by others, then i can switch over to the new user manager. My problem is that there is no documentation for the new user manager from test package till date, hence, someone is lost when he is encoutering problems, let me refer you to the problem i had thru this link,
