How to enable or disable user?

i want to know that how we can disable or enable user from webpage. Like login page of hotspot.

You cannot do any such thing from a page hosted on the router. You would need an external server that hosts the page. Then you can make API calls from there.

is API working on routeros v2.9.7… if yes then please tell me the full procedure of connection api with server and commands of api for disable and enable user.

a) 2.9 is no longer supported, upgrade
b) read the manual! There is extensive and clear API documentation there.

we upgraded to v3.22.. Now tell i want to do a prepaid recharge system. like if anyone want to enable his account after 30 days he/she enter card number if card number will correct his/her account will enable from the mikrotik os.

Please tell me about it..

for that you have to look at RADIUS (user-manager) solutions, where you can print vauchers, make billing etc.

You can’t make that in mikrotik with use webpage , but when use radius server and make time to enable and disable user auto ..
