How to enable PortRestrictedCone.

I have a 2011UiAS-2HnD routerboard and this router is by default symmetric!
This causes for ie. WebRTC calls to use a Turn server and prevents P2P connections.
How can I change the configuration to allow PortRestrictedCone so that I can run P2P connections from different devices on my LAN to remote devices.

I think my assumption might not be correct as I think mikrotik is doing default PortRestrictedCone NAT.
Who can help me out here?
