I have problems exporting configuration from Dude which is installed to a RouterOS. There is an export button, but Dude crash all the time when I press that button. I have a nice Dude setup with lot of data in it. Is there any way I can export it for backup purpose ? Will all Dude related data go away if I upgrade RouterOS? I’m currently on 5.13 on this router only because I can’t backup Dude.
Will Dude wipe its data once I upgrade Dude itself? I hope beta4 or final release will fix this issue.
The same thing happened to me today. Dude 4.0b3.
After 2 days of creating maps, i pressed “Export” button, dude crashed and all data looks wiped. Uploaded pictures are left, but no maps, no config, even login password has been wiped.
Is there any way to get back my config from somewhere? Where is stored? Does router backup contains dude config?
That happened to me too, I got it done by deleting all the images (icons) and sounds (notifications) and disabling the notifications for all maps. I think that was because my routerboard CPU was going up to 100% when trying to backup, but after doing this, I did with no problem.
