how to fasten fiber cable to netmetal

Hi all.
What could be the best method to fasten a fiber cable patch to a netmetal in a mast?
How could I strongly clamp the fiber to the netmetal?
Thanks

Hi, What type of fiber are you using ??

A “dead loop” would prevent stretch,
I usually slide heat-shrink tube (the thick glue-compound one is better) along the fiber then you can clamp it with light hose clamps or cable clamps.
Friction between heat-shrink tube and mast is enough to prevent fiber from slipping , even with low clamps compression
This at least at netmetal near end, along the mast you could use the methods used with antennas cable
Fiber has not to be pulled in its job…

Are you working on 44 A-class ?

Thanks ik3umt.
What do you intend with 44 A-class ?
I use this type of fiber: http://www.cdr.pl/p3277,kabel-swiatlowodowy-s-qotksdd-1j-1x9-125-itu-t-g657a2-1000m.html

44.x.x.x ip “A” class (ampr net)

From what I understand is a outdoor fiber suitable for aerial stretched span with no support, so it is tough enough for simple tie-wrap on the mast itself…

Oh Yes!
we manage AMPRNET 44.0.0.0
