How to find MAC on Groove A 2Hn

I’m trying to connect to my Groove a-2hn, The numbers on the hardware device itself do not look like MAC addresses.
I am hired out to do IT work for a company that uses Mikrotik devices, I’m pretty new to working with this hardware. I’m trying to find the reasoning for the devices only having 2 bars, regardless of placement. We want them to have at least 4 bars.

Anything anyone could offer for help to either of those questions would be amazing. I was given no old documentation for these devices.

You can use winbox. It will show all mikrotik devices in the network with their corresponding mac addresses.

Actually you might need to move the units away from the wall. If the wall has some metal wiring inside, this could affect your signal.

The MAC addresses of wireless (W) and ethernet (E) are on the other side of the unit

Hey, thank you Normis! We tried moving them away from the walls and still the same. Do you know if getting different types of antennas will work better?

it would be great if you could tell us more about the installation. where is the other unit? does it have the same antenna? what is the signal reading in software? etc.

The other 3 are installed in the roof, the antennas they are using are all the same gray one as in the picture. I believe those must be the default that comes with the units. All 4 are getting 2 bars. Would installing different antennas of maybe higher quality give us better broadcasting range, or pick up a better signal?

Do you have access to the software? Maybe the LEDs don’t work but the signal is actually OK

Yes, I can log into winbox

Check the signal levels there. And check how is the setting for tx power, it may be lowered.
