How to forward port to client over VPN via Orginal port

Hi,
I have Mikrotik routerboard with os v5.6
I made dst-nat to forward my Static IP 217.219.8.136:3389 to 192.168.0.10:3389
and i have VPN Server on the router to share internet Over it 192.168.0.2

Its Work fine when vpn not conect on 192.168.0.10 and i want to connect to my computer from out side
but when connect to the vpn port that forward from dst-nat does not work!!!

any one can help me??

what is your vpn ip address pool?

my vpn Address pool is 172.16.16.0/24
