how to forward ports ?

Hi everybody how are you
i want to setup a game server for call of duty 2 on my routerboard so the users connected to it can play together
anybody has an idea how to do that ?
these are the ports and the protocols
28960 tcp,udp Call of Duty 2 Common Call of Duty 2 (PC Version) (unofficial)
20500,20510,28960 udp applications Call of Duty Portforward
28960 tcp applications Call of Duty Portforward

also if it works how can make it out of the hotspot calculations ?

How do you mean by out of the hotspot calculations? there is a guide on how to do port forwarding on the wiki. it is two rules, one nat and one firewall.

i meant if i gave the user a limited amount of bytes as a total-byte-limitation to be used by him, how can i make this out of the calculation ?
