How to get organized ???

Hi ,

I’m really a noob so my question is probably silly, sorry in advance !
I got a RB5009 recently , and I’m struggling in with how to organize my network.
My need is kind of simple, I have a Wifi access point that is sending 2 tagged traffic , VLAN50 and VLAN100
I want client on VLAN100 to have only access to internet, while clients on VLAN50 can have access to all the computers, nas , printers and internet.
I want to manage the IP adress in mikrotik, so DHCP server for VLAN50 and VLAN100
ETH2 is on a different subnetwork and have a fixed IP.

There, now, I’m lost
do I need a bridge ? if so which interface should I put in ?
I can’t seem to get what should be the best way to achieve what I want…

Thanks !!!

On the RB5009, it simplier since the “Switch” menu doesn’t support VLANs, so you have to use a bridge interface to control VLAN assignment of ports. But it’s [generally] hardware offloaded (e.g. not CPU bound thus [closer to] line rate.
